Artwork Submission Guidelines
Daily Science Fiction (DSF) is an online magazine of speculative fiction: science fiction, fantasy, slipstream, etc. To make DSF complete, we need art. Art adds a dimension to the website that words alone cannot provide.
Thus, we hope you'll submit your art. Each piece that we use will adorn the website home page and/or individual stories for approximately one month. It will serve as the cover image for that month's worth of stories if they appear as such via kindle, ipad, print or other medium. It will be linked to those stories when they are found in collections on our website, it will appear in the omnibus volume of DSF's stories from one year and it will be available in our art collection, properly attributed to you. For this nonexclusive use, DSF will pay $75.
Additionally, our favorite artwork from the year will be eligible to be selected as the cover for the DSF omnibus collection and an additional reward for such use.
Please send us your likeliest work. However, if your piece appeals but is not quite right for us, we will contact you to see if you have other works you'd like us to peruse without the inconvenience of you having to upload them one by one.
